Randy Guthrie
President & CEO
Mr. Guthrie has over 45 years of experience in the telecommunications industry including senior management positions with Bell Atlantic, and Bell Communications Research. He served on the Board of the Dennis Moster Spinal Cord Research Foundation and he also served as Vice Chairman of the Bergen County Workforce Investment Board. Mr. Guthrie holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Bloomfield College and an MBA degree in management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Peter Mueller

Peter Mueller, CTO.
Peter has held various positions at ATS since 1999 and currently runs the Operations and R&D organizations. He has been instrumental in the development and deployment of ATS’ industry leading Big Data analytics solutions.
Recently, he’s also been an advocate for customers looking to “Knowledge Transfer” costly, outdated or otherwise ‘legacy’ processes from one party to another, either internal or external, and inject some modernity in the process. Smoothing out ‘knowledge transfer’ between two parties reduces friction, airs legacy issues, reduces operational headcount and has been shown to be amongst the highest-performing IT initiatives available to Fortune 500 companies.
Ken Babcock
VP Consulting Services
Mr. Babcock has been very active in the development of traffic analysis tools used to support reciprocal compensation and inter-exchange carrier usage-sensitive billing and revenue assurance platforms. He was an active member of the National Ordering and Billing Forum’s Billing and Internet Protocol Network to Network Interface Committees. Mr. Babcock graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a liberal arts degree.
Ryan Guthrie
VP Solutions Engineering
Ryan Guthrie is VP of Solutions Engineering at ATS. Mr. Guthrie started with ATS in 2006 and has been involved in all aspects of the business from sales and marketing through solution design and implementation.
Prior to working with ATS, Mr. Guthrie was a sales and marketing manager for InBev where he managed the NJ distributor network as well as key accounts. He graduated from Boston College with a BS in Marketing and Information Systems.
